Reconnecting With Spirit, God the Creator, is something that we can all do as we are all one with the Creator.
Over the past decades I have walked and searched many spiritual paths looking for ways of Reconnecting With Spirit. Now let’s take a LookSee at these practices. On the page you can click a link to more detail.
- Affirmations
- Affirmations are one of the basic tools that you can use and practice to help you as you take steps in Reconnecting With Spirit.
Repeating affirmations daily will help you to motivate yourself, encourage positive changes in your life, and boost your self-esteem. Repetition is the key.
- Autosuggestion
- Autosuggestion, developed by Emile Coue, is the process by which an individual implants ideas into their own subconscious mind, shaping their beliefs, emotions, and even physical well-being.
Autosuggestion operates on the principle that our repeated thoughts influence the way we perceive and react to the world around us.
- Creative Visualization
- Creative Visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life. There is nothing at all new, strange, or unusual about creative visualization. In fact, you are already using it every day, every minute.
It is your natural power of imagination, the basic creative energy of the universe, which you use constantly, whether or not you are aware of it.
- Forgiveness
- Practicing Forgiveness through the tools provided by the teachings of Kabbalah, the principles of Science of Mind, and Louise Hay’s practical methods can create a layered practice that addresses the soul, the mind, and the everyday choices that move us from resentment into freedom.
- Getting Back to Nature
- Getting Back To Nature is a pathway to spiritual growth and Reconnecting With Spirit. We are not separate from Nature but rather we are one with Nature. We are one with Mother Earth, Father Sun, Grandmother Moon, Father Sky, and Space.
In the midst of life’s demands, it’s easy to become disconnected—not just from the world around us, but from our own spiritual essence.
- Gratitude
- Having An Attitude of Gratitude means making it a daily habit to express gratefulness, thankfulness, and appreciation for every part of your life for both the small and big things alike.
Gratitude is a thankful appreciation for what you receive, whether tangible or intangible. With gratitude, people acknowledge the goodness in their lives.
- Journaling
- Journaling, the simple act of putting pen to paper, is one of the most powerful yet underrated tools to help us with our Spiritual Growth and Reconnecting With Spirit. Journaling, or keeping a diary, has been practiscd in one form or another across cultures worldwide since people could write.
Journaling is a useful process of unlocking self-discovery, clarity, personal growth, and emotional well-being. In a world that constantly demands our attention, finding a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves is more essential than ever.
- Kabbalah
- Kabbalah is the ancient Judaic mystical tradition that provides insights into the essence of God, His interaction with the world, and the purpose of Creation. It is a spiritual doctrine that delves into the depths of the Creator, the world, and ourselves.
Kabbalah is the esoteric, mystical tradition within Judaism that seeks to understand the nature of God (*Ein Sof*), the structure of the universe, and the soul’s journey through divine realms.
- Meditation
- Meditation presents a timeless journey across cultures and personal practice. From India’s Vedic sages to Christian mystics, from personal mantras to the famed Relaxation Response, meditation weaves together ancient wisdom and modern science, guiding us inward toward stillness, insight, and compassion.
- Prayer
- Prayer, appealing to God or a Higher Power, is something that almost everyone does when things are tough and they are overwhelmed – even if they don’t want to admit to praying.
There are some prayer basics found in in every culture, religion, and spiritual tradition around the world.
- Reading, Listening, and Watching
- Reading Listening and Watching different media are powerful ways to nurture spiritual growth and Reconnecting With Spirit through consuming thought-provoking content such as books, articles, audio, films, movies, videos, and podcasts.
Each medium offers a unique gateway to wisdom, insight, and transformation.
- Repetition, Practice, and Consistency
- Repetition, Practice, and Consistency are foundational for our Spiritual Growth and for Reconnecting With Spirit. As you may have heard many times, Spiritual growth is a journey, not a destination. Like mastering an instrument or excelling in a sport, it requires dedication, persistence, and a willingness to show up consistently, even when progress feels slow.
These three key elements — repetition, practice, and consistency — form the foundation of deep spiritual transformation.
- Shamanism
- Shamanism is a cross-cultural spiritual path that is a method rather than a religion. And Shamanism coexists with established religions in many cultures. Shamanism has been practiced in every continent of the world since the beginning of history including Australia, Europe, the British Isles, Asia, India, China, and the Americas.
The practice of Shamanism is, therefore, available to all people from every race and culture worldwide.
- Walking and Exercise
- Walking and Exercise are not just physical activities — they are sacred rituals that help us with reconnecting with spirit, with us with our inner selves, and with the world around us.
In our fast-paced digital age, spiritual growth can sometimes take a backseat to the endless demands and grind of daily life.We seek enlightenment in books, meditation, and quiet contemplation, but often overlook the profound connection between movement and spirit.
