I Woke Up This Morning and I Was Above Ground

I woke up this morning and I was above ground.

Not sure where I first read or heard this expression but it has taken on new meaning again for me over the past week, and I suppose on reflection over the past months.

I was told to tell my story by Mandaza Kandemwa, and I haven’t been doing that and more importantly I haven’t been writing my story, so it is time to begin doing that.
