The Management of Time
In 1993 I approached Prentice-Hall, New Jersey about getting the rights to republish The Management of Time by James T. McCay. I had worked as an Executive Assistant to James in 1971.
They were interested, but after reviewing the book the editor decided to republish the book themselves as her researched showed that it had been one of their best selling business books in 1959 with a number of reprints.
The book was first published in 1959 and is considered a classic guide to personal time management and increased productivity.
Hundreds of thousands of people have enjoyed increased productivity by reading and using the book to increased productivity since it was first published.
However, they came back to me and asked me to write an Introduction and Appreciation, and The Management of Time was republished in 1995.
