Loyola Communication Arts

Founded by Jack O’Brien SJ in 1965 Comm Arts was the first university department in Canada to study the art of communication.

Today the Department of Communication Studies offers undergraduate and graduate programs exploring a wide range of interests in media analysis, critique and creation. Central to its programs of study is the integration of knowledge based in the humanities and liberal arts, the social sciences, and media practice.

I was very fortunate to have been accepted into this program.

What a lifelong blessing the experience continues to be.
