The following article by Dr. Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D. called Medical Meditations is very interesting to me because I am a TBI Survivor. Dr. Khalsa makes detailed references to Sa Ta Na Ma / Kirtan Kriya Meditation and the Relaxation Response. After reading this article I had a very clear understanding from a medical perspective as well as kundalini yoga perspective why Dr. Daniel Amen recommends Kirtan Kriya meditation.
I have decided to add 2 categories for blog postings to my site, namely Daily life and Blogging. I get asked now and then, how I do this and that and as I am feeling the urge to write these days so off we go. The “we” is not the “Royal We” but the “Me, Myself and I” “We”. What is going on? The times they are a changin’. Friday night. I am listening to my favourite Leonard Cohen album “Live in London” having just finished reading “What the Puck: Game 5 loss a bitter pill to swallow for Habs fans” by Montreal Gazette writer Brendan Kelly. And I watched the Habs in game 5 last night. What is going on? Hahahaha.
