Ken was a close friend and associate of Helen Schucman and William Thetford, the two people whose joining together was the immediate stimulus for the scribing of A Course in Miracles.

Kenneth taught and wrote about A Course in Miracles for more than 35 years, authoring more than 30 books, and producing over 225 audio and video recordings of his classes and lectures.
He worked exclusively with Helen Schucman, scribe of the Course, for well over a year preparing it for publication, remaining close to her for life. Of this relationship, which was more like a “bond,” he wrote: “Helen and I shared a deep love for one another, and for Jesus in whose love we knew we were joined, and on behalf of whose Course we had come together.”
