Creative Visualization

Creative Visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life that was taught by Shakti Gawain and introduced to the world in 1978 in her book Creative Visualization: Use the Power of Your Imagination to Create What You Want in Your Life.

There is nothing at all new, strange, or unusual about creative visualization.

You are already using it every day, every minute in fact.

It is your natural power of imagination, the basic creative energy of the universe, which you use constantly, whether or not you are aware of it.

Creative Visualization combines three basic techniques:

  1. mental imagery
  2. affirmations
  3. meditation

Learn to Use Creative Visualization

In her book Creative Visualization: Use the Power of Your Imagination to Create What You Want in Your Life, Shakti Gawain shows us how to use mental imagery, affirmations, and meditation to produce positive changes in our lives.

Because Shakti Gawain’s clear writing style and vivid examples make Creative Visualization easy to read and apply to your personal needs and wants, this groundbreaking work has found enthusiastic followers in every country and language in which it has been published since 1978.

My Teachers, Guides & Mentors

Teachers, guides, mentors and coaches appear in many forms and often when least expected.

Many times you never meet them but read their words, listen to an audio or see a video. Or perhaps meet one of their students who introduces you to their work.

I have listened to many teachers over the years and heard absolutely nothing that they said. In one ear and out the other. I wasn’t ready to hear what they had to say or teach me. But years later something will lead me to them and I am ready.
