Movement, is one of the basic tools that you can use and practice to help you as you take steps in Reconnecting with Spirit.

We need to move our bodies.

Walking is a good beginning even if we are just walking back and forth in our home.

We need to be taking steps daily.

There are also various forms of exercise. Find something that works for you.

  • Yoga
  • Tai Chi
  • Qi Qong
  • Walking

If you are older and have issues with your joints as I do, Qi Qong exercises can be done at home by following video instructions.
