Spirituality is an area of great interest to many people worldwide and to me in particular. Spirituality it seems to me is inseparable from meditation, prayer, and being at one with nature.
The words spiritual and religious have historically been used interchangeably to describe all the various aspects of the concept of religion.
However, slowly over time in the Western world the word spiritual has come to be associated with the private realm of thought and direct connection to Divinity and this is my view as well.
