Intuitive Counselling Consulting and Noodling – Monthly/Ongoing provides an opportunity to work together over time rather than focusing on a single conversation or situation.
We have done the Introductory Conversation, and you may have completed an Intuitive Counselling Consulting – Session.
Continuity
The value of ongoing work is continuity.
We don’t have to begin again each time. I get to know you, your background, the way you think, the way you communicate, and the circumstances of your life.
Our conversations can build upon one another as we develop our own dance of communication.
Video Call Audio
I use Video Call Audio for our sessions together.
Session Length and Follow-Ups
Each weekly 60-minute session includes a Main Session and one or more brief Follow-Up Sessions within three days. How we divide that time to accommodate more than one Follow-Up Session depends upon my schedule.
- Typically, my clients select a 45-minute Main Session and a 15-minute Follow-Up Session that happens within three days.
- I also have two long-time clients who like to have a 30-minute Main Session with two 15-minute Follow-Up Sessions each week.
Brief Follow-Up Sessions
Follow-Up Sessions are useful because something may become clearer after you have had time to reflect.
- A new question may arise,
- circumstances may change, or
- something we discussed may look quite different a few days later.
The Follow-Up Sessions give us an opportunity to reconnect briefly and see what has developed.
What Happens During a Session?
There is no predetermined formula for Ongoing Intuitive Counselling.
Every person is different and every situation is unique.
I listen, ask questions, share what I see and sense, and sometimes challenge assumptions or point toward something you may not have considered.
You may agree with me.
You may disagree.
The important thing is that we can communicate openly and work together.
Intuitive Counselling – Ongoing is for people who want that continuing conversation:
- time to explore,
- reflect,
- make changes,
- encounter new questions, and
- then come back and look again.

If you miss a session there is no refund.
However, life happens. If a major crisis prevented you from attending or notifying me, we can talk.

If you decide to book sessions after our Introductory Conversation you will be sent an email with links to the Booking Pages.
How do we work together?
Over the decades I have developed some basic terms and conditions for managing our scheduled time together so that you receive maximum benefits.
- Clients call me.
- Punctuality is crucial.
- Each session is booked for 45 minutes.
- The clock begins at the time scheduled and ends after 45 minutes.
- If you are late for our session together the session will still end at the scheduled time.
During Our Session
There are some basic terms and conditions for managing our scheduled Intuitive Counselling Sessions so that our time together provides you with maximum benefits.
Being in the moment, when we meet is our goal – no matter how elusive that can be.
- You need to be fully present for our time together.
- No interruptions.
- No phone calls.
- No text messages.
- No emails.
- No one else present.
You need to be fully present for our time together.
If you are calling me during your workday hours I recommend finding a quiet place away from your office.
Life happens and perhaps an interruption is unavoidable. However, if interruptions are constant, we reserve the right to terminate the session.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule you need to do so by email at least 48 hours before our scheduled session.
